Registration is required for TBAI to act as proxy bidder on your behalf. Specify your maximum bid amount. That amount is kept secret and is your proxy bid. TBAI will bid for you, only enough to outbid other bidders. This will continue until someone outbids your maximum bid, the auction ends, or you win the auction. Your proxy bid will never exceed your maximum bid amount. The winning bid will be the highest bid, as determined by the TBAI Committee.
Proxy bid registration must be received by August 18, 2008 at 4:00 pm, U.S. Eastern Daylight Savings Time.
