Thursday, August 11, 2011 - A Dress Affair or Pirate Attire:
7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. - TBAI Endangered Species/Ross Park Zoo Benefit Gala.The "Pirates of Bearzance" invite you to join the company of fellow blackgards for a gala evening! You will be the first to view our Pirates Treasure and have the opportunity to take part in the Treasure Hunt that will conclude at the Friday evening feast. Don't be mistaken for a landlubber, come in your finest pirate garb. Fun to be had by all! AARRGH!!! Free will donation; pre-registration required.
Friday, August 12, 2011 - Daytime Activities:
8:00a.m. - 9:30 a.m. - Registration and Continental Breakfast
9:30a.m. - 12:00 noon. - The Bundy Arts & Victorian Museum --- Illustrating the Past - Illuminating the Present - Inspiring the Future. Join us to explore 3 floors of Exhibits & Art in a restored Victorian house built in 1892.

9:30 a.m. - 12 noon - "How to create Seasonal displays" Have you ever thumbed through your favorite teddy bear magazine and wished your collection looked as neat as the photos? Or wondered why the bear you just brought home looked better on the artist's table? Come join Penny French and assistants JoAnne O'Hanlon and Pat Johnson as they share some simple and easy hints to help you display your hug at its very best, with fast and easy ways to change with the seasons as well! Followed by a rousing games of "Charades"
12:00 - 1:30 p.m. - Sabro Square Deli Lunch
2 - 3 p.m. - "The Pirate In ME!" bring a wrapped gift (regifting is acceptable) of a bear related item, and them have fun with the game of stealing from your fellow collectors and artists! If you don't have a gift or accidentally left it at home, fear not, we will have a supply of wrapped gifts that you can choose from with a donation to the ZOO!
Friday Evening - 5:00 p.m. - A Dress Affair:
5:00 p.m. - Treasures of the World Gallery Reception - A Dress Affair - pirate apparel welcome!!! (Hor d'oeuvres and cash bar). Absolutely stunning, one-of-a-kind artistry depicting tangible and intangible treasures of the world, created expressly for TBAI 2011.
6:00 p.m. - TBAI Artist Preview Show & Sale exclusively for Friday evening collectors and guests. You will have the first opportunity to see and vote on the artists' awesome creations.
7:15 p.m. - TBAI 2011 Feast, Auction of Teddy 2011, and presentation of the TBAI People's Choice Awards.
Saturday, August 13, 2011:
8:00 a.m. - TBAI Hot Breakfast Buffet/TOBY Public's Choice Awards
10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. TBAI 2011 Show and Sale open to the public.
4:30 p.m. - TBAI Cookout and tour at Ross Park Zoo.
